Aashim founded PLS Solicitors in 2008 with is colleague Robert Thomas, building the firm through several market downturns into one of the UK’s leading new build conveyancers and one of the country’s largest residential conveyancing practices, now with circa 200 staff.

As Joint Chief Executive Officer, Aashim leads the firm’s financial strategy and its technology and AI transformation, alongside the firm’s long term vision and growth agenda.

Aashim remains a practising solicitor. He attained a first-class honours Law degree from Leeds University in 2003 and qualified in September 2005, gaining his early experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor at Pannone.

Robert is co-founder and Joint Chief Executive Officer of PLS Solicitors. He collaborates closely with Aashim Dhand. He spearheads the overall management and strategic direction of the business and helps shape the firm’s long-term vision and strategy.

An accomplished Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor, Robert qualified in 2007. He honed his conveyancing skills at Brabners and Eversheds before co-founding PLS with Aashim.

Daniel joined PLS in 2015, initially as Operations Director, then Managing Director, and now heads up the firm’s Risk Compliance and Training Department. He has dual responsibilities in overseeing the firm’s risk management framework and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. He is also ultimately responsible for staff training and customer service initiatives.

After qualifying as a Solicitor in 1999, Daniel held senior roles at several large corporate law firms, including My Home Move, Pannone and Irwin Mitchell.

With a career in HR spanning 30 years, Sarah is the Chief People Officer at PLS Solicitors and is CIPD qualified. She oversees the firm’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent management, organisational culture, and aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Since joining the firm in 2015, Sarah has helped PLS grow from a single office with 30 employees to over 200 staff across five offices.

Dean is Chief Operating Officer at PLS, leading a senior team that spans legal delivery, commercial, sales, IT, marketing, operations, post completion and the firm’s outsourcing. Working alongside the Joint CEOs, he is responsible for how the firm runs day to day and how it scales, supporting his directors and heads of department to drive the business forward.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the conveyancing sector, Dean combines hands-on operational knowledge with a strong commercial and analytical approach. He sponsors the firm’s technology and change agenda alongside the IT and delivery teams, and works with leaders across the business to shape PLS’s growth strategy.

Dean is focused on building a business that delivers for clients, introducers and colleagues alike: faster transactions, better communication and a working environment where great people can do their best work, led by a strong and empowered leadership team.

Jordan is Commercial Director at PLS, responsible for the firm’s commercial growth strategy. He leads business development and introducer relationships, and owns the intelligence behind how the firm performs, competes and grows.

His career spans more than a decade in high-volume conveyancing, managing large operational departments, building the firm’s data and reporting capability, and leading the operation it now powers. Along the way he helped create the firm’s award-winning client service model, recognised at the British Conveyancing Awards.

Since joining PLS in 2019, Jordan has been a driving force behind the firm’s evolution into a data-led business, turning insight into decisions and decisions into growth.

Tegen is Associate Director and Head of Post Completion at PLS Solicitors, leading the team responsible for registering thousands of conveyancing transactions every year and ensuring every case is properly finalised after completion.

Tegen joined PLS in 2017 as an Office Assistant and has progressed through seven roles since, building a ground-up understanding of the post completion function long before she came to lead it. Along the way she has built and developed large post completion and central services teams, shaping how PLS manages the critical final stages of every transaction.

Tegen’s focus is on accuracy, consistency and pace, making sure clients’ transactions are registered correctly and efficiently long after the keys have changed hands.

Paul is Head of Sales at PLS Solicitors, bringing over 26 years of sales experience across a wide range of industries, including telecoms, advertising, insurance, drug and alcohol testing, and utilities, spanning both B2B and B2C, office and field-based sales.

Since joining PLS in 2025, he has delivered conversion growth across key areas of the business, while maintaining a frictionless introduction to PLS for every client.

What makes Paul successful is his focus on building a genuine sales culture, through performance management, mentoring, motivation, and support. He has demonstrated that exceptional legal service relies not just on expertise, but on open, clear, and transparent communication that puts clients first.

By prioritising clear updates and client-centric sales activity, Paul and his team ensure that every client feels supported from instruction through to completion.

Sian is the Director of Legal Services at PLS and has over 10 years of expertise in property law and conveyancing. Since joining PLS in 2013, she has been instrumental in overseeing and enhancing the firm’s conveyancing services.

Sian qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2019 and is renowned for her deep understanding of property transactions, a commitment to deliver exceptional client service, and a desire to reduce turnaround times.

Jack is Head of IT at PLS Solicitors and leads the firm’s technology strategy and modernisation programme. With over a decade of experience in the technology industry, he joined PLS in 2021 and is responsible for the firm’s infrastructure, systems and development teams across the UK and India, working closely with the operations leadership to design and deliver the technology behind PLS’s conveyancing services.

His background spans cloud infrastructure, software development and IT leadership, and at PLS he has overseen the migration of the firm’s systems to Microsoft Azure, the rebuild of its client-facing platforms, and the growth of an in-house development and AI capability. Jack’s focus is on using technology to make the conveyancing process faster, more reliable and easier for clients.

Alexandra is Head of Marketing at PLS Solicitors, responsible for the firm’s marketing strategy across digital, content, and brand, including website development and campaign performance across the client journey.

Alexandra joined PLS in April 2025, bringing over 15 years’ experience across marketing, eCommerce, and buying. She’s passionate about building clear, customer-focused journeys that make the conveyancing process feel simple and transparent from first enquiry through to completion.
