What You’ll Do:
- Manage Caseload: Handle a variety of shared ownership property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates and addressing any queries.
- Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
- Liaison: Coordinate with housing associations, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the conveyancing process.
