About Us: At PLS Solicitors we specialise in property law and are dedicated to making the conveyancing process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients. We are looking for a skilled New Build Conveyancer to join our dynamic team and support our growing caseload.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Caseload: Support various conveyancing teams by stepping in to handle a variety of new build property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates and addressing any queries.
- Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
- Liaison: Coordinate with developers, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the conveyancing process.
